HOW TO EAT KHINKALI
Hold it by the top , the tough, twisted part of the dough. Flip it upside down to keep the broth from spilling. Take a small bite from the side without breaking it completely. Sip the hot, flavorful broth inside to enjoy its rich taste. Eat the rest, savoring the juicy meat and dough, but leave the top on the plate. No forks! Always use your hands to keep the broth inside and experience it properly.
